Acting on behalf of private clients, Wood Moore & Co have sucessfully concluded the sale of one the largest industrial properties on the Brunel Drive Indutrial Estate in Newark to Ormiston Trust. Garry Wood, who has advised the former owners over many years indicated that the 6.17% yield achieved for the 60,000 ft2 warehouse building probably represents the ‘high water mark’ for non-institutional type industrial investment property in the town. Having negotiated a re-gearing of the lease for the Landlord in 2021, and several previous lettings of the building going back to nearly 20 years, Wood Moore & Co are proud to have achieved the best possible outcome for their client.
