Wood Moore & C0, acting on behalf of the developers, Minster Commercial Property Ltd, are pleased to report the completion of the sale of the Co-op Food store devleopment at Donington near Spalding. Director Garry Wood reported that a yield of 6.1% was achieved. The purchaser, aprivate client, was represented by Andrew Butcher and Associates.
