The property occupies a site of 0.5 acres fronting the main A52 near Spalding. The investment produces £77,500 per annum on a lease with over 14 years unexpired and was acquired off market at a price of £1,270,000 equatign to a yield 6.1%. The purchaser, a private client, was represented by Andrew Butcher and Associates.
