August 2002 sees the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Newark based Chartered Surveyors, Wood Moore & Co. The practice was orignally established by Garry Wood & James Moore who had already worked together in commercial property for several years prior and soon became established as the largest locally based commercial property practice provding a comprehensive range of agency, management & consultancy services to private clients, businesses, pensions schemes & local authorities alike. Managing Director, Garry Wood, said that he “wishes to extend his sincere thanks to all staff, both current and past, who have helped to ensure the sucess and longevity of the practice by virtue of a combination of providing high quality professional advice and sheer hard work, particularly in light of the difficulties faced over the last couple of years due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Having outlasted 5 Prime Ministers and continued to thrive through the financial crisis of 2007-8 and the continuing fall-out from the global pandemic, it is particularly gratifying that the business is currently enjoying it’s most successful year to date.”
